1. Use of platform
AstroApp is a platform that connects you with independent astrologers. By using the platform, you agree to use it lawfully and in good faith.
2. Nature of service
Astrology guidance is provided for personal insight and entertainment. Decisions about your health, finances or legal matters should always involve qualified professionals in those fields.
3. Payments
All charges are visible before a session begins. Wallet recharges are non-refundable, but unused balance can be used towards future sessions for up to 12 months.
4. Conduct
Abusive or harassing behaviour towards astrologers, support staff, or other users will result in immediate suspension.
5. Liability
AstroApp and its astrologers are not liable for any actions you take based on guidance received. Free will is yours.
